You can permanently delete your Word Rush account directly in the app or website:
Profile → Account & Safety → Delete Account
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Associated account data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy. Limited safety, security, fraud-prevention, legal, dispute, or infrastructure-backup records may be retained where reasonably necessary.
For player conduct or a post-game chat message, use the in-game Report control. You can also use Block to prevent further interaction. For another safety issue, email us.
If the problem is technical, it helps to include your username, what you were doing, what happened, and the approximate date and time. Do not send your password, authentication codes, or financial information.
